- As an HBU football player we are required to pass a fitness test of 3 300 yard shuttles prior to competing in the fall.

- I am currently a member of the Division 1 HBU Huskies football team.Currently we are in season, we practice 4 days a week (Tuesday- Friday) and have film session on all of those days as well as Sundays for post game film. We have games on Saturdays, and on Sundays we have post game film in addition to conditioning and a light lift to get the soreness out. We also have 7am lifts on Tuesday and Thursday. During the off-season we have workouts and conditioning 4 days a week, and our coaches mix in position specific work as well.
